I am an educator, consultant, parent, friend and committed learner. My first years in the classroom were tough. 
I learned. I grew.

I know firsthand that the path to growth as an educator isn’t straight. I also understand it doesn’t have to be as bumpy, meandering, or lonely. I have spent the last decade supporting school communities with professional development focused on literacy, best instructional practices, and building inclusive, more equitable learning environments. I am grateful to the students and educators with whom I have partnered. I believe deeply that we all grow when we work alongside each other.
